To turn on the ALL FOR PAWS ACE3223 Interactive Motion Activate Butterfly, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the toy is placed on a level surface that is easily accessible to your cat, such as the floor.
2. Locate the power button on the toy. It is usually located on the bottom or side of the toy.
3. Press the power button to turn on the toy.
4. When your cat gets within range of the motion sensor (39 inches), the butterfly should start to rotate.
If the toy does not turn on, please check the following:
1. Ensure that the toy is properly powered by checking the battery level and installation. The ALL FOR PAWS ACE3223 Interactive Motion Activate Butterfly requires three AA batteries (not included).
2. Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly, following the polarity markings inside the battery compartment.
3. Verify that the on/off switch is in the correct position. Some toys may have a separate on/off switch in addition to the power button.
4. If the toy uses a sensor to activate, make sure it is in a suitable position where it can detect movement.
