To fill the O2COOL FML0001 Handheld Battery Fan with water, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the fan and make sure it is not running.
2. Turn the fan upside down to access the bottom cap.
3. Unscrew the bottom cap of the fan to reveal the water bottle.
4. Fill the bottle with clean water and ice only. Do not freeze water in the bottle.
5. Replace the bottom cap securely to prevent any leaks.
6. The fan is now ready to use with the misting feature. Press the trigger to spray the mist while the fan is running.
Please note that it is important to use clean water and avoid using any other liquids or substances in the water bottle.
