To install the batteries in the Mattel BML08 Motorized Toy Train, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the train's engine.
2. Use a small screwdriver or coin to open the battery compartment by turning it counterclockwise.
3. Insert two AAA batteries into the compartment, making sure to match the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the batteries with the markings inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment by turning it clockwise until it is securely fastened.
5. Test the train by turning the on/off switch to the "on" position. The train should now be powered and ready to use.
Please note that the batteries are not included with the train, so you will need to purchase them separately.
