To change the batteries in the BRIO 33319 Battery Operated Action Train, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the train is turned off and remove it from the track.
2. Locate the battery compartment on the top or bottom of the train's engine.
3. Use a small screwdriver or coin to open the battery compartment cover.
4. Insert two AA batteries into the compartment, making sure to match the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.
5. Close the battery compartment cover securely, ensuring it is locked in place to prevent it from opening during play.
6. Test the train by pressing the button on top of the engine to turn on the power and see if it moves smoothly.
Please note that the batteries are not included with the train, so you will need to have two AA batteries on hand for replacement. If the train still does not work after replacing the batteries, please refer to the troubleshooting section in the user guide or contact BRIO's customer service for further assistance.
