To turn on the LAVA 2125 Original Silver Base Lamp, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the lamp is plugged into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
2. Locate the touch switch on the lamp's base.
3. Gently touch the switch to turn on the lamp. The lamp should start warming up immediately.
Please note that it may take approximately 1-2 hours for the wax inside the lamp to fully warm up and begin flowing. During this time, the lamp may not show any movement. Once the wax is melted, the lava motion will start, creating the iconic flow.
If you have followed these steps and the lamp is still not turning on, please check that the lamp is properly plugged into a working outlet and ensure the power switch is in the "on" position. If the issue persists, you may need to contact customer service for further assistance.
