To install the batteries in the VTech 80-174900 Zoo Jamz Xylophone, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
2. Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the panel.
3. Use a screwdriver to open the cover.
4. Install 2 new AA size (LR6/AM-3) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (The use of new, alkaline batteries is recommended for maximum performance.)
5. Replace the battery cover and tighten the xxxx to secure it.
Note: If there is no response when the unit is switched on, please insert new batteries and try switching it on again.
It's important to use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance and to follow the correct polarity when inserting the batteries. If you encounter any issues, please refer to the troubleshooting section in the user's guide or contact VTech's Consumer Services Department for further assistance.
