To turn on the , you need to slide the Off/Low/High Volume Switch to either the Low Volume ( ) or the High Volume ( ) position. The switch is located on the side of the toy. Once you slide the switch to the desired volume level, the toy will turn on and you will be able to enjoy the interactive features and activities. If the toy is not turning on, please make sure that you have installed fresh batteries correctly in the battery compartment. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the batteries or contact LeapFrog's Consumer Services Department for further assistance.
