To install the Wagan EL9903 AC to DC Power Adapter, follow these steps:
1. Determine the Elements: Find the DC barrel connector, the AC power cord, and the AC to DC power adapter.
2. Connect to Power Source: Insert the power cord's AC end into a regular wall outlet.
3. Attach to Adapter: Join the adapter's input side with the AC power cord.
4. Connect DC Appliance: Plug in your 12-volt DC appliance to the adapter's DC barrel connector.
