To turn on the AGPtek B00HLD9S3E Waterproof Tea Light Candles, you need to follow these steps:
1. Remove the protective tab from the battery compartment. This tab is placed to prevent accidental activation during shipping.
2. Once the tab is removed, locate the switch at the bottom of the candle.
3. Slide the switch to the "ON" position. You should see the LED light inside the candle start to flicker, indicating that it is now turned on.
