To install the batteries in the Educational Insights 4145 Electric Drill Toy, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the drill. It is usually located on the handle or the bottom of the drill.
2. Use a screwdriver or a coin to open the battery compartment cover. Insert the tool into the slot and twist it counterclockwise to unlock the cover.
3. Once the cover is open, you will see the battery compartment. It may have markings indicating the correct polarity for the batteries.
4. Insert three AAA batteries into the compartment, making sure to align the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the batteries with the corresponding markings.
5. Close the battery compartment cover by aligning the tabs or grooves and twisting it clockwise until it locks into place.
6. Test the drill by pressing the power button. If the drill turns on and operates correctly, the batteries have been installed successfully.
