To replace the batteries in the Novelty Place 12PC Battery Operated Votive Candles, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off the candle: Ensure that the candle is switched off by sliding the on/off switch located at the base of the candle to the "off" position.
2. Remove the candle from its holder: Gently remove the candle from its holder or the desired location.
3. Locate the battery compartment: Turn the candle upside down and locate the battery compartment on the base of the candle.
4. Open the battery compartment: Depending on the design, you may need to twist or slide the battery compartment cover to open it. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions if needed.
5. Replace the batteries: Carefully remove the old batteries from the compartment and dispose of them properly. Insert three new AG10/LR1130 batteries into the compartment, ensuring they are correctly oriented according to the polarity markings (+/-).
6. Close the battery compartment: Once the new batteries are in place, close the battery compartment cover by twisting or sliding it back into position.
7. Test the candle: Before placing the candle back in its holder or desired location, slide the on/off switch to the "on" position to test if the new batteries are working properly. The candle should start flickering.
8. Place the candle back: Once you have confirmed that the new batteries are functioning correctly, place the candle back into its holder or the desired location.
