To turn on the Wondise HHL-3 Flameless Pillar Candles, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the candles have fresh batteries installed. The Wondise HHL-3 candles require three AAA batteries (not included).
2. Locate the switch on the bottom of each candle. The switch has three positions: OFF, ON, and TIMER.
3. To turn on the candles, slide the switch to the ON position. The candles will now emit a soft, warm yellow light.
4. If you want to use the timer function, slide the switch to the TIMER position. The candles will automatically light up for six hours and then turn off for the next 18 hours. This cycle will repeat daily.
Note: If you are using the remote control (if included), refer to the user manual for instructions on how to turn on the candles using the remote control.
If you have followed these steps and the candles are still not turning on, please check the battery installation and ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly with the correct polarity. If the issue persists, contact Wondise customer support for further assistance.
