To turn on the Comenzar A-12 Birch Bark Candle, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the batteries are properly installed in the candle and the remote control.
2. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the candle. Slide the switch to the ON position.
3. Press the power button on the remote control to turn on the candle. The candle should now emit a soft, warm glow.
If the candle does not turn on, please check the following:
- Make sure the batteries in both the candle and the remote control are not dead. Replace them if necessary.
- Ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly, following the polarity markings.
- If the remote control is unresponsive, try replacing the batteries in the remote control.
