To assemble the Teamson Home FI0030AA Water Fountain, follow these steps:
1. Unpack the contents of the box and ensure that all items are present and in good condition.
2. Choose a flat and level surface for the assembly and final placement of the fountain.
3. Place the base onto the ground, keeping the connector upright. Thread the power cord through the pipe in the middle of the fountain basin and through the hole in the base. Pull the cord out through the power cord slot at the bottom of the base. Align the arrow sign on both the fountain basin and the base, then twist the fountain basin clockwise onto the base to secure them together. Place the pump upright onto the fountain basin. To prevent water leakage from the pump cord's pipe, insert the water sealed cap on top of the pump cord's pipe.
4. Lead the water supply tube out of the middle basin. Attach the water supply tube from the underside of the middle basin to the pump outlet on top of the pump. Align the middle base and basin, then twist them together to lock.
5. Attach the water supply tube from the underside of the fountain top to the tube hole on the top of the middle basin. Add clean water into the fountain basin, ensuring that the water level is approximately 1 inch (25 mm) lower than the top edge of the basin. Connect the pump plug to a GFCI outlet, and the fountain will start functioning as intended.
6. If the pump has low or high water circulation, check and adjust the regulator dial or slide on the front of the pump. Move the dial/slide towards (+) to increase water flow or towards (-) to decrease water flow.
7. After the initial setup, check for leaks and excessive splashing to prevent water damage. It is recommended to place the fountain in an area where it cannot be damaged.
