To set the timer function on the HXWEIYE HY100150-120 Photo Clips String Light, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the string light is connected to a power source and turned on.
2. Use the remote control that came with the string light.
3. Press the "Timer" button on the remote control. This will activate the timer function.
4. The default setting is for the lights to stay on for six hours and then turn off for eighteen hours. If you want to adjust the timer settings, follow the next steps.
5. Press the "Timer" button again to enter the timer setting mode.
6. Use the arrow buttons on the remote control to adjust the hours and minutes for the lights to stay on. Press the "+" button to increase the value and the "-" button to decrease it.
7. Once you have set the desired on time, press the "Timer" button again to move to the off time setting.
8. Use the arrow buttons to adjust the hours and minutes for the lights to turn off. Again, use the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the values.
9. After setting the off time, press the "Timer" button one more time to exit the timer setting mode.
10. The string light will now automatically turn on and off according to the timer settings you have set.
