To assemble the projects with the Snap Circuits SCB-20 Electronics Exploration Kit, follow these steps:
1. Start by placing all the STEP 1 parts on the mini base grid according to the drawings provided in the manual.
2. Once all the STEP 1 parts are in place, proceed to place all the STEP 2 parts on the mini base grid.
3. If there are any additional parts indicated by STEPS 3 or 4, place them on the mini base grid as well.
4. After all the parts are in place, activate the circuit by either using the slide switch (S1) or pressing the switch (S2) as indicated in the final step of each project.
5. Make sure that the light motor (M7), red/yellow LED (D10), and horn (W1) have their "+" marking positioned correctly according to the drawings.
6. During operation, avoid touching the light motor (M7).
7. Be careful not to accidentally create a short circuit by making a direct connection across the battery holder. This can damage the batteries.
8. If you encounter any issues during assembly, refer to the troubleshooting section in the manual for basic and advanced troubleshooting steps.
Please note that the manual provides detailed instructions for each project, including the specific placement of components and the activation method. Make sure to follow the drawings and instructions carefully to successfully assemble the projects.
