To change the batteries in the Mattel HLW55 Singing Elsa Doll, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the doll. It is usually located on the back or underside of the doll.
2. Use a small screwdriver or coin to open the battery compartment. Insert the tool into the slot and twist it counterclockwise to open the compartment.
3. Remove the old batteries from the compartment. Pay attention to the polarity markings (+ and -) on the batteries and make sure to insert the new batteries in the correct orientation.
4. Insert the new LR44 batteries into the compartment, matching the polarity markings. Ensure that the batteries are securely in place.
5. Close the battery compartment by twisting it clockwise until it is tightly sealed.
6. Test the doll by pressing the button on its chest to activate the singing function. If the doll sings, the battery replacement was successful.
Note: It is recommended to use high-quality LR44 batteries for optimal performance. If the doll still does not sing after replacing the batteries, make sure they are inserted correctly and try using fresh batteries.
