To adjust the flow rate of the VIVOSUN 480GPH Fountain Pump, you can use the flow control valve. The pump will start operating as soon as you plug it in, and you can adjust the flow rate by turning the flow control valve. By increasing or decreasing the opening of the valve, you can regulate the amount of water flowing from the pump. Experiment with different settings to achieve your desired flow rate.
