Unfortunately, the UPETTOOLS EB-A300 Submersible Water Pump does not have an adjustable flow rate feature. The pump operates at a fixed flow rate of 1.31 gallons per minute. If the flow rate is too high for your aquarium, you may consider using a flow control valve or a flow diverter to regulate the water flow. These accessories can be installed in the water outlet to reduce the flow rate according to your needs. Please note that using additional accessories may require additional installation and may affect the overall performance of the pump.
