To clean the filter, follow these steps:
1. Turn off and unplug the filter from the power source.
2. Carefully remove the filter from the tank.
3. Disassemble the filter by removing the activated carbon cartridges and bio balls.
4. Rinse the cartridges and bio balls under running water to remove any debris or waste.
5. Clean the filter housing using a soft brush or sponge to remove any dirt or algae buildup.
6. Check the impeller for any blockages or debris and clean if necessary.
7. Reassemble the filter, making sure all parts fit securely.
