Sure! Here are the step-by-step instructions for assembling the Alpine Corporation MLT100 Mirror Waterfall Fountain:
1. Unpack all components carefully and ensure that all parts have been removed from the packaging.
2. Place the fountain base on a smooth and level surface. Make sure to leave enough space to access the pump.
3. Lean the fountain up against a wall until filled with water to prevent tipping over.
4. Tighten the preinstalled wing nuts in the fountain base to secure the fountain top.
5. Remove the pump from its packaging and adjust the flow control to the lowest setting to avoid splashing during assembly.
6. Place the pump and pump valve into the fountain base. Connect the pump to the valve first, then connect the valve to the PVC connector of the fountain top.
7. Place the supplied sponge under the pump to reduce excess vibration in the fountain base.
8. Place the fountain tray onto the fountain base and route the light cord through the hole in the tray, then into the base. Route both the pump and light cords through the hole in the back of the fountain.
9. Pull out the light cord plug through the back opening and connect it to the transformer.
10. Gently pour water into the fountain basin, ensuring that it completely submerges the pump and runs clear during operation. It is recommended to use distilled water to prevent scale build-up.
11. Plug the pump and light cord into your local power supply. Make sure there is no water around the plug and keep the power source in a dry place.
12. Finally, add rocks to your fountain tray and enjoy your new fountain. Remember to add water regularly as it will evaporate over time.
