To load staples into the Swingline S7048207 Optima 20 Compact Stapler, follow these steps:
1. Press the button on the back of the stapler to release the staple magazine.
2. Pull out the staple magazine from the stapler.
3. Load a strip of Swingline Optima Premium Staples into the loading compartment, ensuring the staples are facing downwards.
4. Push back the staple magazine until it clicks into place.
5. The stapler is now loaded and ready to use.
