To change the batteries in the PI Kids 2107900 Lightning Friends Electronic Reader, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the electronic reader. It is usually secured with a small xxxx or latch.
2. Use a small screwdriver or your fingers to open the battery compartment. Be careful not to damage the compartment or the surrounding area.
3. Take out the old AAA batteries from the compartment. Pay attention to the correct orientation of the batteries (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Insert new AAA batteries into the compartment, making sure to align them correctly according to the polarity markings.
5. Close the battery compartment securely, ensuring that it is tightly shut to prevent accidental opening during use.
6. Test the electronic reader by pressing the sound buttons to check if the new batteries have resolved the issue of weak sound.
If the sound remains weak or the electronic reader still does not function properly after changing the batteries, you may need to contact customer service for further assistance or consider replacing the device.
