To insert the batteries into the PI Kids 3059400 Sesame Street ABCs with Elmo Electronic Reader, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery pocket on the back of the book.
2. Open the battery pocket by sliding the cover in the direction indicated.
3. Insert the AAA batteries into the battery compartment, making sure to align the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.
4. Close the battery pocket by sliding the cover back into place until it clicks securely.

Note: The PI Kids 3059400 Sesame Street ABCs with Elmo Electronic Reader comes with AAA batteries included, but it's always a good idea to check their condition and replace them if necessary.
