To insert the batteries into the PI Kids 3030100 PJ Masks I'm Reading with Catboy Electronic Reader, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery pocket on the back of the book.
2. Open the battery pocket by sliding the cover in the direction indicated.
3. Insert three AAA batteries into the battery compartment, making sure to align the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.
4. Close the battery pocket by sliding the cover back into place until it clicks securely.
