To set the feeding schedule on the Petbank CY-109 Automatic Fish Feeder, follow these steps:
1. Switch On/Off: Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the feeder.
2. Clock Setting: Long press the "Setting Button" for 3 seconds until the Hour number starts to flash. Use the ↑ or ↓ button to reset the hour. Press the "Setting Button" again, and the Minute number will start to flash. Reset the minute using the ↑ or ↓ button. Press the "Setting Button" to continue the setting or press the "Manual Button" to save the clock setting and finish.
3. Feeding Time Setting: After the clock setting, short press the "Setting Button" and the HOUR number will start to flash. Use the ↑ or ↓ button to set the hour when you want your fish to be fed. Press the "Setting Button" again to set the Minute number using the same method. For example, if you want to feed your fish at 8:10 am, set the timer at 8:10.
4. Feeding Setting: Following the feeding time setting, press the "Setting Button" to continue, and a square will start to flash. Use the ↑ or ↓ button to decide how many rounds of feeding to give during the set time. One black spot means 1 round of feeding, 2 spots mean 2 rounds, 3 spots mean 3 rounds, and no spot means no feeding. You can either press the "Setting Button" to continue setting another timer or press the "Manual Button" to save and finish. You can set up to 3 timers in total.
5. Feeding Interval Setting: Press the ↑ and ↓ buttons at the same time to set the feeding interval. The interval can be set from 1 to 4. When the number shows 1, it means the feeding interval is 1 day. For example, if it feeds on Monday with a 1-day interval, it will feed on Wednesday the next time. When the number shows 2, it means the feeding interval is 2 days. If it feeds on Monday with 2-day intervals, it will feed on Thursday the next time. If there is no number shown, it means no interval, and the feeder will automatically feed your fish every day.
6. Manual Feeding: Press the "Manual Button" to give an instant feeding.
