To turn on the PI Kids Disney Frozen Electronic Reader, locate the power button on the device. It is usually located on the front or side of the reader. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the device powers on. If the reader still doesn't turn on, make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly and fully charged.
