To adjust the temperature on the Royal Press 15x15, follow these steps:
1. Press the "SET" button on the machine.
2. The display will show the current temperature setting. Use the ▼ or ▲ buttons to adjust the temperature to your desired value.
3. Press the "SET" button again to confirm the temperature setting.
4. The machine will start heating up to reach the set temperature.
