Setting the time and temperature on the HTVRONT SG-RYJ-0043 Auto Heat Press Machine is easy. Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Power on the machine and wait for it to fully initialize.
2. On the digital control panel, you will see buttons for time and temperature settings. Press the "Temp" button to adjust the temperature and the "Time" button to adjust the time.
3. Use the arrow buttons or the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the temperature and time values. The temperature can be set between 160°C (320°F) and 210°C (410°F), and the time can be set in seconds.
4. Once you have set the desired temperature and time, wait for the machine to reach the set temperature. The digital display will show the current temperature, and it will increase until it reaches the set value.
5. When the machine has reached the set temperature, it is ready for use. Place your material with the transfer design onto the platen, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
6. Close the heat press by lowering the upper platen onto the material. Apply the required pressure using the adjustable pressure settings.
7. The machine will start the countdown timer based on the set time. Once the timer expires, the machine will automatically open, indicating that the heat transfer process is complete.
8. Allow the material to cool down before removing the transfer.
