To set the time on the eTradewinds eT-23 Elegant Digital Kitchen Timer, follow these steps:
1. Press the "M" button to set the minutes. Each press will increase the minutes by one.
2. Press the "S" button to set the seconds. Each press will increase the seconds by one.
3. Once you have set the desired time, press the "Start/Stop" button to begin the countdown.
Note: If you need to stop and reset the timer, press the "Start/Stop" button to pause the timer, and then press both the "M" and "S" buttons simultaneously to reset the timer to zero.
