To change the battery in the UMIKAkitchen 2-Pack Large Digits Classroom Timer, follow these steps:
1. Turn the timer over to access the battery compartment.
2. Locate the small xxxx on the back of the timer.
3. Use a small screwdriver to unscrew the xxxx and remove it.
4. Slide the battery compartment cover off to reveal the battery.
5. Take note of the orientation of the existing battery (positive and negative ends).
6. Remove the old battery from the compartment.
7. Insert a new AAA battery into the compartment, ensuring it is oriented correctly.
8. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place.
9. Use the screwdriver to xxxx the small xxxx back into its original position, securing the battery compartment cover.
10. Turn the timer over and check if the display is now bright and clear.
Note: The UMIKAkitchen 2-Pack Large Digits Classroom Timer comes with 2 x AAA batteries included in the package. If the included batteries are depleted, you can easily replace them following the steps above.
