To set the TIME TIMER TTM9-HPP-W 60-Minute Kids Visual Timer, follow these steps:
1. Install one AA battery: If your timer has a xxxx on the battery compartment, use a mini Phillips head screwdriver to open and close the compartment. Otherwise, simply lift the battery cover to insert the battery.
2. Choose your sound preference: The timer itself is quiet, but you can choose whether or not to have an alert sound when time is complete. Use the on/off switch on the back of the timer to control audio alerts.
3. Set your timer: Turn the center xxxx on the front of the timer counterclockwise until you reach your desired amount of time. The timer will immediately begin to countdown, and the red disk will show the time left.
Note: We recommend using high-quality, name-brand alkaline batteries for accurate timing. Rechargeable batteries can also be used, but they may deplete more quickly. If you don't plan to use the timer for an extended period, remove the battery to avoid corrosion.
