To reset the VEEKTOMX VT202 Power Bank, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the power button on the power bank for about 10 seconds.
2. While holding the power button, you should see the LED indicators on the power bank flash.
3. Release the power button after the LED indicators flash.
4. Try charging your device again using the power bank.
If the power bank still does not charge your devices after resetting, there may be an issue with the power bank itself. In that case, please contact VEEKTOMX customer service for further assistance. They will be able to provide you with troubleshooting steps or arrange for a replacement if necessary.
