To turn on the LED lights on the iLumen8 PM-LED-3X Magnifying Glass, you need to ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and are not depleted. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Check the battery compartment: Locate the battery compartment on the magnifying glass. It is usually located near the handle or on the back of the device.
