To turn on the VTech 80-508900 Learn & Spin Aquarium, locate the On/Off/Volume Control Switch on the toy. Slide the switch to either the Low Volume ( ) or the High Volume ( ) position. You should hear playful phrases and a fun song indicating that the unit is turned on. If the toy is not turning on, make sure that you have inserted fresh batteries and that they are properly installed with the correct polarity. Also, check that the batteries are not depleted. If the problem persists, try replacing the batteries with new ones. If you continue to experience issues, please contact VTech's Consumer Services Department for further assistance.
