To install the batteries in the Pets Alive 9522 Dancing Frankie the Flamingo, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the battery compartment on Frankie's back or bottom.
2. Carefully open the battery compartment.
3. Insert three AAA batteries into the compartment, making sure to match the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the batteries with the markings inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment tightly to secure the batteries in place.
5. To turn on Frankie, locate the power button, which is usually near the batteries, and press it.
6. Once Frankie is turned on, you can test the dance function by pressing the function or start button.
