I've noticed that the drum on my VTech 80-185100 Sort and Discover Drum is not responding consistently when I tap it. Sometimes it doesn't make any sound or light up. Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the drum sensor?

Yes, there is a sensitivity switch located on the bottom of the drum that allows you to adjust the sensitivity of the drum sensor. If you find that the drum is not responding consistently, you can slide the sensitivity switch to increase or decrease the sensitivity. Try adjusting the sensitivity to see if it improves the responsiveness of the drum. Refer to the user manual for more information on how to locate and adjust the sensitivity switch.
