To charge your devices using the USB charging port on the LOVEVOOK 146910LK-14 USB Charge Laptop Backpack, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your power bank is fully charged and connected to the built-in USB cable inside the backpack.
2. Connect your device's USB charging cable to the external USB port on the backpack.
3. Once connected, your device should start charging.
Please note that the LOVEVOOK 146910LK-14 USB Charge Laptop Backpack does not include a power bank. You will need to provide your own power bank to use with the backpack's USB charging port.
