Cleaning the spray attachment of the NoCry NPS-100 Electric Paint Sprayer Gun is an important step to maintain its performance and prolong its lifespan. Here are the steps to clean the spray attachment:
1. Disconnect your paint sprayer from the power source and ensure that it is properly grounded.
2. Turn the spray attachment lock to the unlock position and pull the spray attachment away from the main body.
3. Remove the container from the spray attachment and empty any remaining coating material back into its original packaging.
4. Clean the outside of the container with a cloth soaked in solvent or water.
5. Pre-clean the inside of the container and the suction tube with the included cleaning brush and a suitable cleaning agent.
6. Clean the ventilation holes (the two tiny dents on either side of the suction tube) and any other hard-to-reach areas with the included cleaning pin. Ensure that there is no dried paint still lodged in the nozzle, ventilation hose, suction tube, or around the container seal. Rinse thoroughly with water.
7. Once the container has fully dried, rinse it thoroughly with water again, dry it, and xxxx it back onto the spray attachment.
8. Connect the spray attachment to the main body again without any coating material inside the container.
9. Pull the trigger to rinse the spray attachment of any excess residue that may still be inside.
Following these steps will help keep your spray attachment clean and ready for future use. For more detailed instructions and safety precautions, please refer to the NoCry NPS-100 Electric Paint Sprayer Gun Instruction Manual.
