If you forget the code for your Tenamic TE20 Electronic Digital Security Box, you can use the backup key provided with the safe to gain access. Follow these steps:
1. Remove the keyhole cover located on the front of the safe.
2. Insert the emergency key into the keyhole and turn it counterclockwise.
3. With the key turned, rotate the xxxx clockwise to open the door.
Please note that after using the emergency key to open the safe, it is important to reset your code and keep it in a secure place.
