To turn on the Disney 12549 Peek-A-Boo Minnie Mouse Interactive Plush, you need to press Minnie's foot. The power button is usually located near the battery compartment. Once you press Minnie's foot, the toy will activate the Peek-A-Boo mode and start playing sounds and moving its hand. Make sure to have two AA batteries installed in the toy, as they are required for it to function. If the toy is not turning on, please check that the batteries are properly inserted and facing the correct way.
