To turn on the Koonie DZG306 Electronic Interactive Plush Puppy, you need to locate the power switch. The power switch is usually located on the puppy's body or in the battery compartment. Please make sure to check both places. Once you find the power switch, simply turn it to the "ON" position. This should activate the toy and allow it to start walking, barking, and wagging its tail.
