To turn on the Disney 14747 Sounds and Phrases Plush Minnie Mouse, you need to locate the switch next to the battery box. The battery box is located on the back of the toy. Open the battery box and make sure that two AAA batteries are properly installed, with the correct polarity. Once the batteries are in place, slide the switch to the "on" position. This should activate the toy and allow it to make sounds and phrases when touched. If the toy still does not turn on, double-check the battery installation and try replacing the batteries with new ones.
