To turn on the Bluey 17143 Talking Plush, make sure the batteries are installed correctly. The battery compartment is usually located at the back of the plush toy. Once the batteries are in, press Bluey's stomach to see if the sounds work. If the toy still doesn't turn on, try replacing the batteries with new ones to ensure they are not depleted.
