To charge your devices using the USB port on the MOSISO MO-17 USB Port Laptop Tote Bag, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have a power bank or external battery (not included) with a charged battery.
2. Locate the built-in USB charging port on the tote bag. It is usually located on the side or front of the bag.
3. Connect your power bank to the internal cable provided with the tote bag. Insert the USB end of the cable into the power bank.
4. Plug your device's charging cable into the external USB port on the tote bag.
5. Turn on your power bank if necessary.
