To assemble the LFSUM A1 Tumbler Cup Spinner, please follow these step-by-step instructions:
1. Open the Kit: Take everything out of the box, including the tools, heat gun, cup turner, epoxy resin, tumbler, glitter powders, and epoxy resin.
2. Put the Cup Turner together: Use the 5 screws that come with it to connect the base to the frame. Make sure that all the parts are properly attached.
3. Insert the Foams: Put the foam into the arm that turns the cups. Adjust the foams to fit your tumbler by moving them around.
4. Mix the Epoxy Resin: Follow the directions provided to mix the resin and hardener together. Ensure that the ingredients are well mixed.
5. Attach the Paddles: Put the mixing paddles on the cup turner and tighten them down. Make sure they are lined up correctly and securely tightened.
6. Install the Glitter Powders: Place the glitter powders in a way that makes them easily accessible. You can add them to your epoxy resin to give your tumbler a sparkling effect.
7. Set up the Heat Gun: Position the heat gun in a convenient location. Connect it to a power source and adjust the settings as needed.
8. Charge the Heat Gun: If your heat gun requires charging, make sure it is fully charged before using it. Follow the instructions provided with the heat gun.
9. Power on the Turner: Use the power switch to turn on the cup turner and choose the direction in which it will spin.
10. Attach the Tumbler: Place the tumbler on top of the foam and ensure it stays in place securely.
11. Apply Epoxy Resin: Pour the mixed epoxy resin onto the tumbler, ensuring that it covers the surface evenly.
12. Start the Turning: Turn on the cup turner to spin the tumbler and spread the epoxy resin evenly.
13. Use the Heat Gun: To eliminate any bubbles and achieve a smooth surface, gently press the heat gun against the tumbler.
14. Monitor the Drying Process: Allow the tumbler to spin and dry for the recommended time specified by the resin manufacturer. Keep an eye on the process to ensure proper curing.
15. Clean Up: Once the epoxy resin is dry, wipe down the tools and work area. Store the cup turner and other parts correctly for future use.
