To change light modes on the COAST PX20 flashlight, follow these steps:
1. Press the tail cap switch to turn on the flashlight.
2. Once the flashlight is turned on, press the switch halfway to cycle through the different modes.
3. Each press of the switch halfway will switch the light mode. The available modes are high, low, and red beam.
4. Keep pressing the switch halfway until you reach the desired light mode.
5. To turn off the flashlight, press the tail cap switch again.
