To replace the batteries in your VTech 80-178260 Drill and Learn Toolbox, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
2. Locate the battery cover on the bottom of the ELECTRONIC PROJECT TRAY.
3. Use a screwdriver to open the battery cover by unscrewing the xxxx .
4. Inside the battery compartment, you will see two slots for AA batteries.
5. Remove the old batteries, if present, by gently pulling them out.
6. Insert two new AA batteries into the battery compartment, making sure to match the polarity markings (+ and -) on the batteries with the markings inside the compartment.
7. Replace the battery cover and tighten the xxxx to secure it.
Note: It is recommended to use new alkaline batteries for maximum performance.
