To properly connect the AUTDER AD-808 Car Battery Tester to the battery, follow these steps:
1. Identify the positive "+" and negative "-" terminals on the battery.
2. Attach the red clip of the tester to the positive "+" terminal of the battery.
3. Attach the black clip of the tester to the negative "-" terminal of the battery.
4. Ensure that the clips are securely attached and making good contact with the battery terminals.
5. If the clips are connected correctly, the LCD screen will light up and display the voltage of the battery under test, while the LED light will indicate the battery status.
Note: If the clips are connected in reverse, the LCD screen will display the error message "ERR" and the buzzer will sound. In this case, disconnect the clips and reconnect them correctly to avoid any damage or incorrect readings.
