To heat the TheraCool Microwavable Neck Wrap, follow these instructions:
1. Place the wrap flat in the microwave. Make sure it is not folded or bunched up.
2. Heat the wrap in the microwave for the recommended time. Typically, this takes around 2 minutes. However, heating times may vary depending on your microwave's wattage. It's important to refer to the user manual for specific heating instructions.
3. After heating, carefully remove the wrap from the microwave. Be cautious as it may be hot.
4. Test the temperature of the wrap by gently touching it with your hand. If it's too hot, allow it to cool for a short period before using.
5. If additional heating is needed, you can heat the wrap in 30-second increments until you reach the desired temperature. Avoid overheating the wrap to prevent burns.
